Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing NailsByheaven! Please note that we do not offer refunds but if your nails break, chip, or fall off within one week, I will happily fix them for free. Depending on the situation I may offer a discount to clients who have issues up to 2 weeks after the service.

 

I can guarantee the quality of my work, but I cannot guarantee your lifestyle. I encourage you to treat your nails as jewels not as tools. The more care you take, the longer they will last!

I cannot be held accountable for damage to your nails if you remove the product yourself at home or at another salon.

 

I reserve the right to deny any nail service if your nails are too damaged to safely apply new product, or if you have infection, disease, etc. that may put myself and/or my other clients at risk.
